Free Shipping - If your order qualifies and you choose Free Shipping at checkout, your order will ship by one of the following methods at our discretion
- US Postal First Class Mail
- US Postal Priority Mail
- UPS Ground
- First Class Mail = 2 to 5 Days
- Priority Mail = 2 to 3 Days
- UPS Ground = 1 to 7 Days
We will accept returns on items safely returned to us in original and resalable condition within 14 days of delivery to the buyer.
When sending magnets back to us:
- Please reuse as much of the original packing material as possible.
- Items sold as "Pairs" must be returned as pairs to receive credit. (Examples include Jewelry Clasps & Hematite Magnets)
- Adhesive magnets can only be returned if the sealed packets are unopened.
- Package the magnet(s) with the same amount of padding and distance from the outside of the box or mailers as the original shipment to you.
- Any items damaged during shipping back to us will not be refunded.
We inspect all merchandise for damage or wear. Please keep in mind that Rare Earth Magnets are fragile and must be handled with care. We will not grant refunds of magnets that have been mishandled or user damaged.
Custom orders cannot be returned, unless we made a mistake.
We cannot refund original shipping fees or the buyer's return shipping cost.

Any order returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be refunded minus shipping fees. We can reship your order, but you must pay the shipping fee again. USPS and UPS do not refund shipping fees to us.
We will not refund shipping fees for any package refused by the addressee.
International orders returned via private carriers such as UPS or FedEx are subject to an immediate 80% refund and the remaining 20% refunded after 90 days should no additional cost to Apex Magnets occur such as Duties and Taxes, custom Fees, etc.
If your order was above $200, a 10% restocking fee may be assessed at our discretion.
Refund processing may take several weeks.
