Apex Magnet’s Magnet Uses Facebook Contest: Official Rules NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Dates: Apex Magnets will begin gathering entries on Thursday, January 16th, 2020 at 2:00 pm EST and will complete the contest on Tuesday, March 31st, 2020 at 11:59 pm EST.  The contest winner will be announced on Wednesday, April 1st, 2020 by 2:00 pm EST. ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open to any legal U.S. residents residing in any of the 50 United States, who are 18 years of age or older. How to Enter: To enter the contest, post a photo in the comment section of the contest announcement Facebook post containing your name, a picture of your project, and a brief description. Submissions will be gathered upon the close of the contest and sent to a judging committee. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the account is registered.  Winning and Notification: Once a winner is selected by the committee, the winner will receive a comment on the submission photo asking for the winner to send a private message to the Apex Magnets’ Facebook page to receive further details. Contact must be made within one week of comment to receive a prize. By participating in this promotion, account holder certifies that his/her post is original, has not been previously published or won any other promotion, and does not contain any material that would violate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, or rights of privacy/publicity, the project submitted must contain an Apex product.  Prize: The winner will receive $75 towards their next Apex Magnets purchase. The value of the prize may be taxable as income and winners are solely responsible for any taxes on the prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes if applicable.
